You're on the money Alan. When I was a kid after WW2 I went to Acton Technical College from Hanwell Broadway on the 607 trolley. These spacious trolleybuses were swift, clean and did not pollute like the diesel buses that replaced them. At the weekends we also used the 655 and 667 trolleys to get to the Isleworth swimming pool via Brentford. "Back to the future" would be a good move. John Chant. Auckland, New Zealand. |
