Can anyone tell me whether or not cyclists are exempt from using the Highway Code in relation to pedestrian crossings? So far this week I have been nearly run down by a cyclist (not the smae one) 3 times whilst I have been crossing the road at a pelican crossing with the lights in my favour. Can they be booked for going through a red light? When challenged about it they just smile in a superior way and carrying on cycling. Has anyone else had the same infuriating experience of cyclists who think they are above the law? |
