Ok, you're experience is worse than mine ... and cycling through red lights when pedastrians are crossing is clearly wrong and dangerous. No disagreement there. However, passing down stationary cars (with cuitable care) is both sensible and acceptable. If this was made illegal then there would be no benefit in cycling and this whole mode of transport would become un-used. Surely not what we want. |
