| Re think that bikes are registered in China xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I have just phoned a Chinese friend (12:30 mid-day ) and woke him up!, went to bed at 6am , to ask him re situation in China. He thinks some form of registration used to take place but not now, as there are not many bikes in China now?. As he phones home every week-end, I asked him to enquire of his father. Apparently he thinks there used to be some form of identification plate / disc on the front of the bikes but I must say I have never noticed them on news / film of Chinese bike scenes, so pres. the discs must have been small? |
