| Re need to have insurance, a licence and registration xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx in theory desireable, not so much in reality though, young persons for example, would they be exempted. And we could not rely upon the T P liabilities under Household policies as many do not bother to effect such insurances, especially Council Property tenants. As for registration, a whole new army at D V L A would be required, OK, good excuse for N L to create more public sector jobs. |
