| re Well I hope your friend's father is back on his feet soon. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx thank you, but quite frankly I don't think he will ever be and that's why I believe my friend wants to go back to see him, before he passes. Obviously I don't question him on the matter despite we are quite close and he usually turns to me when in need of help and he knows I am here if or when he needs me, which has been the case very much in the past. He is the sort of person who doesn't actually enrich the lives of others but one who will leave a hole when he goes back to China. Friends of his also regard me as someone " local " to turn to, which I find flattering. I certainly do my bit for " international relations " and have done so for many years. |
