Thanks for the info, Phil. I really am inclined to ignore it and see what develops and guarantee I will keep this forum updated. As I say, one of the things that annoys me is the delay in sending out the "notice" which I feel is unreasonable. On another blog someone has stated that according to Citizens Advice seemingly such a notice needs to be issued within 14 days which, if true, means it isn't valid anyway as mine was two months. The other issue that annoys me is the covert nature that this is done. If I had been asked to move on I would've done so but instead someone sneakily takes pictures in a campaign that's clearly designed to make money, not deter. At the time we were waiting there for my daughter most of the bays were empty so there really isn't any justified argument that we caused inconvenience to the owners or valid users. Cheers. Chris |
