| Phil, Do you think I shouid ignore it? Park Direct have named it a Penalty Charge Notice which I understand should not be done unless it has been issued by a council or the Police. I am tempted to write a letter in my brother-in-laws name stating he wasn't driving and to send any correspondance to me as I don't want him to receive any further demands for payment. Stefan |
