| Stephan, This ticket is unenforceable. It is essentially a try on. They are trying to convince you have a contract with them. As such the terms of the contract would be unenforceable under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999, see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unfair_Terms_in_Consumer_Contracts_Regulations_1999 I am trying to get a stop put to this but no luck so far. |
