| There are good cyclists, those who know what the Highway Code is and what a red light means. The majority that I have come across do not fall into this category. They are arrogant, flout all the rules and then to top it all are abusive if someone challenges them. The Sky Ride, whilst a good idea in principle and I don't blame cyclists wanting to have an empty stretch of road ahead of them, is just creating more of a headache for pedestrians and motorists alike. More information should have been given to the community as a whole and not a fait accompli which is what we have been given. I wonder why it was rushed through has anything to do with fop head Boris being a cyclist? |
