| Councillor Taylor has been too busy watching and reporting on what was obvious to the man in the street, i.e. the inevitable end of the Speaker. See the Phil Taylor blog site. He should be attending more to local issues which is the role he is paid to perform. It is a pity that the Council has not used the community websites to notify the outage. But being rather conservative with a small c could we have expected more? This failure of communications skills of Ealing Council, as well as its really difficult to use website, is a very good example. |
