| It would be worthwhile asking that question of Mason and his cohort as they continue to restrict traffic flow and increase pollution and CO2 levels. The artificial measurements taken thus far to justify the schemes simply do not stack up. You cannot create lines of queuing traffic and then claim that pollution has reduced. It is no coincidence that key measurement sites only have limited data available. |
