| Yet again this council is still trusting things about. There is no prior data for traffic flow or air quality other than the handful of locations which are in obvious hotspots. The authority were completely unable to produce such information on request or by FoI requests. The date used issued by TfL is also unverifiable as it is modelled supposition prepared by consultants and a GLA sponsored University ( which also uses modelled data. What this has done is discredit information gathering by manipulating and dictating the terms. In other words only wanting to hear what the client wants to hear. It's not just this issue that gets manipulated in such a way. TfL do it all the time. Councils do it too often. Only this time they have gotten their fingers tuned and exposed themselves. The lesson learned? From their point of view? Lie and manipulate even more and cover their tracks. Some democracy we live in. |
