| This is a repeat of the response to the other similar thread. As ridiculous as this may seem, I do believe this is the way it will go. My guess is that this is a prelude to fortnightly collection on both rubbish and recycle rubbish. They eventually will state that the £40 option didn't work as our citizens refused to participate and, therefore, we no longer have a choice but to introduce fortnightly collection. They will say that it isn't their fault because they gave us a way out. LOL |
