Try reading the thread to see why this is simply not a good idea. "The alternative to a return to a subscription based garden waste collection service would have been to introduce two forced wheelie bins to every household in this borough and fortnightly collection of rubbish and recycling." Nonsense, utter nonsense and you know it. The marginal saving of reintroduction of garden refuse charging (set-up costs, lower uptake against forecast revenue) in no way justifies such scaremongering. We are not imbiciles, please stop treating us as such. Go away, sharpen your pencil and stop blaming everyone else for Labour's thirteen years of profligacy and financial mismanagement. |
