Very good point about redundancy. I do not think the Volunteering angle is that serious from the council. They will want to dispose of buildings so that they can build more car parks!! if volunteering was part of their strategy then they would have taken a more creative approach to albert dane. it is a pr smokescreen which will be used to help spin the justification for closeure.
