| Phil, we all know why so that they can take the credit for car parking and then blame the tories for all the things they cut. the so called individual care budgets for the people at the day centres also sounds like another trick as people who have not been assessed yet and albert dane closes next week. i read julian bells letter and he quite conveniently misses out plenty!!! |
