| Oh dear, don’t expect any sense from the Hanwell village idiot. Before CPZs were introduced parking cost nothing. They are introduced to stop non residents from parking, not to grant reserved spaces outside someone’s house. They are introduced law states that they are not to be used as revenue raising mechanisms. Hiking permit prices to such an extent is clearly designed for that purpose. Of course, Paul lives in some weird parallel universe where nobody does anything wrong and cars don’t exist…. |
