| I think you misunderstood me Peter. I don’t mean the car is storage, I mean one is effectively paying to store a car. Just like one would pay for a bike hangar to store one’s bike. You mention that you pay to park for a payment or ticket to park on along the road. This is the same thing. Except at 38p a day, it’s infinitely cheaper. I’m not sure why I would expect not to pay to leave my vehicle in the road, considering it’s not being used and is taking up a lot of space. |
