Were you twitching your net curtains in anticipation? Probably. I don’t think you care a jot about why the council hiked the permit fees or what yet dry are doing it for. It’s just an excuse for you to get onto your anti-car bandwagon. As I said, dull, boring and repetitive. I refer you to Eric’s answer about wardens. It’s the same principle applied by the enforcement goons in Ealing Broadway, only go for the easy targets. |
