| Should it be free of charge to hold up emergency vehicles, buses, delivery vehicles and personal vehicles, because this is exactly what parked vehicles do! What do the delays and damage to vehicles cost the public? When a delivery vehicle unloads in the middle of the road because it has nowhere to park, should you be paying for the privilege to park your vehicle in a safe space which it could use? In a public car park does a driver consider £0.53 a day cheap? That is how much your parking permit costs! |
