| Fair question to ask, why to a 26% increase? Will Ealing be employing more traffic wardens to ticket all those drivers who believe that one can escape a parking fine by leaving a car with its hazard lights flashing? Or could they be reducing the number of wardens? It is easier to manage to have residents making up the lost revenue generated than have a traffic warden wandering the streets getting a load of abuse. |
