| Residents with cars are cows to be milked. It’s not about reducing emissions, otherwise there would be no shared use parking bays in the borough for commuters to pay £3 a day, including close to several schools. No appeal, I’m afraid. Best course for you is to talk to your neighbour a abd gauge their feelings. Writing to the councillor in charge of this is a waste of time. It’s Dismal Driscoll, scourge of normal human beings. Just encourage people to vote him out next year. |
