TFL could do better though... it would be fairly easy for them to present the journey history information online in a more user-friendly fashion and even easier for them to email or text people when an incomplete journey was detected or a maximum fee charged - but they don't and one can guess why. There's no reason why most people should have to queue up at machines to look at history, especially if you only use a station at peak times where there is likely to be a queue. |
