I think you should detail where users have been overcharged on account of bugs which have nothing to to do with touching in or out. We can then rebut the charge of hearsay. I mean that would be helpful to our readers if they knew what else to look out for incorrect charging. I also still cannot understand why you think the system should be one of absolute perfection. We check bank and supplier statements etc etc. Why should TFL be any better than another system? Why are you implying that nanny TFL should nurse us away from taking responsibility for our finances? Bit of a memory stretch but I thought that when Oyster came in then the prices came down. Wasn't the Travel card a fixed fee however far you went rather than Oyster which charges up to a limit dependent on the number of changes? |
