| No computer system is perfect and, as I say, I have been overcharged only once in many years of Oyster usage, with quick repayment. Sensible people keep a tally of what their balance should be and check it regularly. You can do this online. You can also get a list of recent journeys from the ticket machines at stations, so can see where an error has occurred, if necessary. Talk about a fuss about nothing. |
