Hi Ben I am not arguing with you, I am disagreeing with you. You told me not to call anyone a nutter. I pointed out to you that i didn't and then you said I referred to Moira using the phrase eco-nutter. Refering to someone saying something is not the same as saying it Ben. You can't have it both ways Ben. You want to tell me and others what words are politically correct and what words aren't, then in the next sentence you say that people from low income households are far less likely to be interested in the upkeep of their local community. That sounds like an opinion to me. I don't doubt for a minute that you recycle everything you can Ben or that you are in a low income household. Why do you think you are different to other people who live in low income households. We both agree that the scheme was a gimmick. The money could have been far better spent in other ways to increase the participation rates. Anyone would think from reading your comments Ben, that i ran the scheme. Unfortunatley I am in opposition Ben, so you are welcome to take your frustration out on me, but I would remind you that Labour are running the show now. Finally Ben, the world you want to live in is not going to happen. The car is here to stay. Get used to it. |
