Hi Colm

You referred to Moira's comment being a "eco - nutter", which demostrates that if you want to promote green living you first need to overcome attitudes like hers.

I am telling you that people with mental health problems would find the term "nutter" insulting and offensive.  And especially those who like to lead a greener lifestyle.

Imagine a land where every child can walk to school in safety, where local shops thrive, every household recycles, and a car is not essential to enjoy life. I would love it. Are you now going to call me a "eco-nutter"? If we all did these things it will save you money, improve your health, improve your lifestyle and improve everyone's quality of life.

What is my opinion of people in low income households? Tell me, Colm.  I live in a low income household!  Or are you going to disagree with me?!

I don't know why you are arguing with me.  This whole recycling scheme is a gimmick and a waste of money which could have been spent on better things.
