| They are receiving accomodation without paying for the same. Simply because a property is vacant does not give others the right to break in and take over the property for their own personal gain. If you went away for a period of time from your home would you be happy for squatters to come in and make free with your property? On the basis of your well thought out post the answer would be you would not mind as your home was vacant, and you do not require rent as you were not getting rent in the first place. I will not even go into the damage which would invariably be done. They have a tacky sign up and frankly no I am not happy about the state of the Town House, is that well thought out enough for you? |
