Then, as usual,you would be wrong. The A4020 between Dormers Wells Lane and the Iron Bridge no social infrastructure and absolutely zero housing on one side with minimal housing on the other. Which, for much of its length has zero housing, is restricted to 20 miles per hour when it had a record, if you check, of one accident in the previous 14 years. As soon as the road leaves the borough boundary and crosses into Hounslow it reverts to a far more sensible 30 miles per hour only dropping to 20 when it approaches schools That is the problem with the blanket imposition of speed limits. They, like the people who support them, lack any subtlety or form of nuance. Do keep clutching at straws, each post makes you look a little sillier. |
