| Don’t worry Sharon, pc James hates car ( unless he’s driving, which he does) Motorists are a cash cow. In my area they extended the cpz after a consultation ( nowhere to be found). Cpz has drastically increased in prices. There is a resident warden in the Draytons, walking about every day. Books Royal Mail vans, site workers. Where do they park, what do they do. The economy is screwed. Sooner they tax & register cyclists, better. Demand most of the road anyway |
