| What about the driver who parks their car outside a shop, often in a cycle lane or on a double yellow line (or both), and has the hazard lights flashing believing that doing so provides immunity from a ticket? Aren't they the real plonkers? The same ones who bitterly complain, yet are too stingy to buy a ticket. My theory is that the bigger the car the more likely that the driver will not pay for a parking ticket. |
