| Can you explain to all of us why parked cars that have their hazard lights flashing will always belong to a driver who deliberately chooses to take a chance? This is because their car is liable to be ticketed. On the other hand, those who do pay for parking will not leave their cars with the hazard lights flashing. Maybe you can shine your hazard lights on this peculiar phenomenon? |
