For everybody reading, thios is incorrect, you do not have to register your parking outside of the hours indicated on the signs as was written in the first post. You could say the sign might be more explict by saying something like: "Register to park during operational hours - first 30 minutes of registered parking free" But I imagine the wording has to be very specific to line up with the laws behind it. |
