| it's neither ageist or discriminatory - Thames water are simply asking people who make disproportionate use of water to pay for it. I use less water in a month than would be used in 1/2 hour watering plants with a hosepipe and this costs me around £20 a month, so it doesn't seem at all unreasonable to expect the hosepipe user to pay their share, whether disabled or otherwise. |
