| The need around Acton Mainline is genuine and not manufactured by the council. Residents are petitioning for hours to be extended because they can't park due to people using it as a base to get to the Elizabeth line. The short hours CPZ discount didn't really make much sense as these cost just as much to administer. As a long hours CPZ resident I can tell you it isn't the case that we see parking wardens more often. Not that we are complaining. |
