| Let's imagine CPZs were free to residents but with the time restrictions in place? Who could argue with that? You can arrange day permits for visits for a couple of quid. It stops interlopers parking on your street. Then instead of charging, whack loads of cameras on Uxbridge Road and catch everyone parking in the cycle line or double yellows. That would make up for what you don't charge for the CPZ. |
