| 17 years ago when there was a council tax refund and the decision has virtually been taken to sell Acton baths we got a refund. We have had this incompetent bunch of liars in post now for 14 years. They have ruined this once great Burrough and I am sick to the back teeth of those who apologise for their ongoing incompetence. |
