| One of the biggest contributions in Ealing at the moment is construction. Particulate emissions from demolition and building, the running of plant for hours (and Sadiq Khan has failed to implement his own emissions restrictions on that because of lobbying by developers), the transportation of materials to and from by HGV. It’s accepted that construction is not included when local authorities trumpet their green credentials. Hounslow were called out about it by the Green Party a couple of years ago but have quietly ignored it, despite the massive regeneration of Brentford. |
