| Paul, coming from someone who regurgitates LCC doctrine verbatim, none of which is supported by facts, your post is ridiculous. What you should be asking is why there’s never any detail in these proposals, just airy fairy ‘ambitions’, with constant evasion of explanation. If you cast your small, narrow mind back to 2020 you might recall that the primary reason for Lynn introduction was for social distancing. As it turned out that didn’t work so all manner of supposed facts to support their existence were put forward. Air quality was one, although the lack of any reliable air quality data rather undermined the case. Ealing Council admitted it had no baseline data and therefore could not say if quality was better or worse. |
