| Cars are not the only cause of global warming.. gas boilers in every home are the biggest polluter... It is easy to blame the motorist tax and fines to drive them off the roads. Years ago Labour told us that diesel was good for the planet that was not true, scientists saying that the planet was doomed the planet goes through cycles I agree that our climate will change and we need to adapt to ever increasing temperatures.. Ealing Council allowing oversize developments to house more people does not help. Their green credentials are a joke they allowed 31 mature trees to be felled in a development next door to me to build 2 HMO flats shows their contempt. All the council sees is a big cash cow from motorists to fill the hole that central government has created in the finances. Nothing to do with climate or health concerns why have Ealing not installed LTN's schemes in Southall or Greenford?? |
