| It's all to do with the buck passing of a difficult and expected to be unpopular scheme or schemes. The desire for and desire to keep power have led to the neglect of important policies. We now have the US back on board with the Paris Agreement and COP 26 fast approaching. How have we progressed? We have more extremes of weather. It's only 20 years since the scientists told us we had to reduce carbon... and the population doesn't seem much more informed. Councils and companies have declared a Climate Emergency and Greta Thunberg and Extinction Rebellion have done more than Parliament. |
