| And as I stated in my post I am not particularly concerned about LTNs either way. I did see a drop in Transit vans racing down my road risking the lives of children as they cross the road but so be it. FYI LTNs were a central government initiative, adopted with additional central funding by local councils. Expect to see more schemes to get people out of their cars, not less. At some point each of us needs to own the fact that global warming is destroying our planet for our children and grandchildren and stop action and talking as if it is someone’s else’s problem. |
