Yeah, and do you think any of them really knew what was in store from Bell and co? There will be a big swing away from Labour next May. They have been running Ealing too long for them to continue blaming everyone else for mistakes they’ve made. The recent independent report on the LTN fiasco detailed just how little attention was paid to public opinion in the decision making process. Many of us had pointed out how consultation here was a sham under Bell. The report vindicated that viewpoint, 100 percent. Mason was part of the Bell regime, and an enthusiastic advocate of the previous consultation process. He claims to have changed but many doubt he’s capable of that. And you’ve made the mistake of thinking it’s the voters with snouts in the trough. That’s the politicians (bell with his two homes, Mason with his conflicts of interest). Just fancy that! |
