What strange contributions.  Of course people will use arts facilities in central Ealing. Currently the mambo and ceroc dance classes at the town hall each attract over 100 people every week!
1,600 have signed a petition asking for an arts centre. Click on www.gopetition.com/petition/39579.html to sign.
2,000 have signed a petition asking for Empire Cinemas to re-build their cinema.
Ealing Arts + Leisure is about to set up a film club next year and we have no fears about attracting an audience!
Why is it that Ealing with so many practitioners of music, dance, film, art and crafts does not have an decently equippped centre to practise and perform in?  Why shouldn't Ealing have a performance space to which we could attract professional touring companies?  Come on Ealing Council, you have residents prepared to do this at no cost to the public purse.  It's time to get behind the arts centre!
