| Ealing Council's attitude to culture is very clear in its Infrastructure Delivery Plan - part of The Council's 15 year plans on how land in Ealing should be use. (The Planning jargon is Ealing's 2026 Local Development Framework (LDF). Page 106: 'Culture and Heritage: To be completed' Yes folks that's all it says. Public Consultation began in 2007, continued in 2009 and now we have the 2010 consultation underway. There will be no more public consultation after this year's. Next year there will be Government Public Inquiry on all this. Will Ealing Council have come up with any land use proposals for culture by then? I wouldn't hold your breath. |
