| To me the arts are very important but when Ealing council want to scrap Day centres for the severely disabled I somehow quetsion that enthusiasm for the Arts. Working for an Auction House I realise that plenty of people will pay good money for objects and pictures but would they pay so that a seriously handicapped person has dignity. Many of us can socialise without thinking but what about the rest. |
