| Marie, you say you are a Christian but how can that be with you dripping venom in every sentence. I am surprised they let you into a church with so much hatred inside you. To recap: We live in a multicultural society. On a whole the majority of the population get on well together. There is a minority in each faith (Christians included, please don't for get that too Marie)which create dischord and unrest. Not every person of an ethnic minority is a potential threat to this country. Many have escaped from countries where they were persecuted. I am well aware that there is religious dischord between this country's different cultures as are other people in this forum. As to what the solution can be, perhaps a better understanding of each other faiths and more tolerance on all sides. The BBC programme last night highlighted a point that shows how dischord can start - local authorities restricting what can and cannot be celebrated, what can and cannot be worn etc. If this did not happen as much then perhaps it would reduce unrest. |
