Marie Anne religious discrimination legislation is for all religions - christinaity is covered too. The nurse in question is taking her case to an Employment Tribunal so shall we see how she gets on first? If the risk assessment deemed her cross 'a risk' and anyone else's necklaces/ earrings etc also a risk then clearly she would not be discriminated against by dint of the fact it was a cross. |
