| We need to deal with things as they are today,not hundreds of years ago.The reality is that integration does not work because ethnics don't want to embrace British life.Because of their huge numbers,they are able to form their own communities independantly in order to live out their cultures.Christians in this country understandably feel alienated and just today in the news we have an example of the gross injustice towards Christians.I refer to the admirable British Christian nurse whose job of 30years is now in jeopardy because she wore a small cross at work.How can this be right when muslims can wear all kinds if garb and body decorations at work without obstruction even when there is a strict uniform code.There is something very wrong in this and we should not have to defend our own Christianity in this Christian country.If we went to an Islaamic country could we outwardly practice our faith or wear religious symbols.It's sad but true that we have to feel like outcasts in our own country.Surely this case speaks volumes and exposes the anti-British and anti Christian element which is blatantly discriminatory...and this is the REALITY of life in this country.... |
